Extreme Engineering Solutions is looking for a CNC Machinist to operate CNC milling machines, perform standard setups, and inspect precision-machined components. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC machine setup, operation, and quality inspections. With manager approval, there is flexibility in start and end times, and overtime opportunities may be available. Note: new employees will be assigned to the first shift for an initial training period of up to two months.Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC milling machines and conventional manual machining equipment to produce quality components.Perform standard machine setups using established work instructions and documented procedures.Run existing CNC programs and make routine tool offset adjustments as required.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges,



and other inspection tools.Perform routine maintenance on all shop equipment.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of CNC Machining experience in a manufacturing environment.Fundamental understanding of machining principles and manufacturing processes.Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.Ability to work independently after training while recognizing when assistance is needed.Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis.Ability to work onsite at our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.Desired QualificationsCompletion of a machining, manufacturing, or technical education program.Familiarity with a Haas VF series VMC is a plus.Exposure to aluminum machining.Familiarity with core GD&T concepts.Compensation And BenefitsExtreme Engineering Solutions offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits, including:No-deductible, low-copay group health and dental insurance (90% employer paid)Life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance (100% employer paid)Eligibility for health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, and disability insurance benefits on the first day of the month following date of hire.Paid time off, plus eight paid holidays a year401(k) employer match up to 4%.
