We continue our heritage through the development of our ski, mountain bike, outdoor equipment and textile ranges.Our ambition is to be the benchmark for mountain sports in both summer and winter.At our Montebelluna Research and Development Center, we are looking for a Footwear Industrialization Specialist (M/F).Join our exciting journey and help us create unforgettable outdoor experiences year-round!We are looking for a Footwear Industrialization specialist with a strong passion for the high-performance athletic footwear industry and a strong focus on product quality and manufacturing feasibility.The ideal candidate has a strong interest in materials, footwear constructions, technologies, and manufacturing processes, and is able to translate product specifications and development requirements into reliable and efficient industrial solutions.The Footwear Industrializationmission will include:Contributing to the definition and development of footwear products in line with the input provided by the Designer and Project Leader; Developing the inputs received and managing all activities required to create the footwear, working with external suppliers and/or internally, including lasts development, components development and product modifications; Monitoring the progress of the prototyping and sampling process, ensuring that the required aesthetic, functional and quality standards, as well as deadlines, are met. This includes supporting pattern-making activities,
