We are a game development studio based in Turin.
Already known for our work alongside Slitherine on the Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector franchise, we are currently expanding our team to tackle an exciting new lineup of projects.
We are looking for a creative and analytical Game Designer to take ownership of core systems and mechanics.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Mid/Senior Game Designer, you will be responsible for translating high-level vision into playable, balanced, and highly engaging mechanics.
Your day-to-day will involve:
System Design & Balancing:
Designing complex game systems, economies, and core loops, ensuring they are perfectly balanced and fun.
Engine Implementation:
Getting your hands dirty directly in the engine (Unity/Unreal) to implement, tweak, and iterate on mechanics using visual scripting or configuration tools.
Documentation:
Creating and maintaining clear, concise, and up-to-date Game Design Documents (GDDs) for the rest of the team.
Prototyping:
Working closely with programmers to rapidly prototype ideas and prove concepts before full production.
Cross-department Collaboration:
Acting as a bridge between programming and art,



ensuring mechanics are well communicated and technically feasible within our AGILE framework.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
3-5+ years of professional experience as a Game Designer, with at least 1 released commercial game (AA or similar scope preferred).
Core Skills:
Strong analytical skills, excellent grasp of math and probability for game balancing, and a deep understanding of player psychology.
Engines:
Solid, proven hands-on experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
You must be comfortable working inside the editor.
Mindset:
A problem-solving attitude, capable of taking constructive feedback and iterating rapidly.
Language:
Working proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for clear documentation and communication.
Premio:
Experience with strategy, tactical, or RPG titles is a significant plus.
