Job Description
Agorai Innovation Hub
is seeking outstanding technical professionals to join our team, with the ambition to design, build, and bring to production advanced, reliable, and impactful Artificial Intelligence solutions.
We are looking for individuals who can turn cutting-edge technology into scalable, real-world systems and contribute to the development of next-generation AI products and platforms.
Areas of Expertise

ML Platforms & MLOps
AI Evaluation & Metrics
Software Engineering for AI Products
Responsible AI & Governance
Product & Experience Design
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Previous experience in putting system into production
Experience in building and deploying AI
Infrastructure experience with ML
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions
Adaptability, curiosity,



and a continuous learning attitude
Team-oriented approach, combined with the ability to work independently and perform under pressure during critical phases
Languages
English: Fluent / professional proficiency (mandatory — working language for international projects and publications)
Italian: Considered a plus, but not required
