Cold Container Storage Rental Business Developer Position Overview:

Trane Italia is looking for a Cold Container Storage (CCS) Rental Sales Engineer to take responsibility for promoting and selling cold container storage rental solutions to potential clients across Italy. You will have previous experience in technical sales and an understanding of the cold container storage industry. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers in various industries requiring container cold storage solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, regularly updating the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate customer needs, ensuring accurate and efficient container cold storage solutions are proposed.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and customize container cold storage solutions based on customer specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,



acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the container cold storage or refrigeration industry.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and container cold storage solutions is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivation and focus on targets, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using a CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
