About the roleAs a Food Safety Lead,



you will take ownership of food safety systems and microbiology programs at our manufacturing site in San Sisto. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and product quality in a complex production environment. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will partner closely with production, quality and management teams to identify risks, drive root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions. You will also contribute to strengthening the food safety culture on site, ensuring global standards and customer requirements are consistently met.

- Develop and maintain food safety procedures for the plant based on global standards.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and other food safety regulations in daily operations.
