Overview

As Regional MSP Partner Technical Manager you drive MSP enablement and technical excellence for Splunk-based managed services. You collaborate with MSPs to validate architectures, design observability-led offerings, and optimize cost structures across on-premises and cloud environments. You’ll co-develop solutions that blend Splunk ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics and lead a regional technical community. This role centers on partner success, scalable deployments, and cross-functional collaboration within Cisco and Splunk ecosystems. Retribuzione / Benefits

5+ years working with MSPs in technical roles (pre-sales, solution architecture, enablement, or delivery) Experience deploying/configuring Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise Experience implementing Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics Experience MSP operations including onboarding and architecture validation excellent presentation skills ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences strong collaboration and relationship-building with partners and cross-functional teams Splunk Cloud Splunk Enterprise Splunk ITSI
