The Role & Department
As Genmab continues to build its commercialization presence across Europe, the Vice President,
Business Operations Europe will play a critical role in establishing the commercial engine required to support future growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Europe & Emerging Markets, this role will design and build from the ground up the regional commercial operating model, field operations infrastructure, field force effectiveness capabilities, governance, policies, tools, and performance management processes needed to enable compliant, scalable, and high-impact commercial execution across European markets.
