Tasks
- Welcome guests, accompany them to their tables, and provide knowledgeable information about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Orderman and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
- Work closely with the Commis de Rang,



coordinating tasks through clear communication and supporting a smooth service
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere
- Support the training and development of team members by sharing knowledge and experience
- Organise the daily mise en place together with the Commis de Rang
- Maintain a welcoming and well-organised dining environment throughout the service
- Handle guest and service-related issues calmly and in a solution-oriented way
- Complete the cash register closing and ensure accurate
