Senior Photonics Engineer – Integrated Photonics Milan, Italy (On-site) | Full-time | Start date: As soon as possible
We are looking for a Senior Photonics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our programmable integrated photonic chipsets, used for the acquisition, transmission, and processing of optical data at the speed of light. What you will do As a key contributor, you will design and develop photonic sensor modules for the acquisition of physical parameters in different environmental conditions. You will implement and optimize broadband data transmission using programmable chips. You will collaborate with the engineering team to integrate PhotonCoreTM into photonic computing solutions. You will conduct tests and analyses to ensure the quality and reliability of photonic products. You will develop detailed technical documentation and support the production team during the implementation phase. Implement and optimize broadband data transmission

What you bring Essential requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or related fields
Proven experience in integrated photonic circuit design
Proficiency in CAD tools for photonic chip design
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
