Your Tasks Overall responsibility for the Housekeeping department and the impeccable presentation of our suites Lead, train and develop the Housekeeping team Organise and coordinate all Housekeeping operations, including staff scheduling and workforce planning Develop, implement and continuously monitor Housekeeping standards at a 5-star level Inspect and approve suites prior to guest arrival, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Create individual suite setups, including wellness areas, daybeds, fireplaces and outdoor bathtubs Organise and ensure the quality of turn-down service and special preparations for our guests Coordinate In-Room Dining setups in close collaboration with the kitchen and service teams Take responsibility for linen management, amenities, supplies and high-quality equipment Work closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Technical Services and all relevant operational departments Foster a professional, welcoming and quality-driven Housekeeping culture Your Profile Several years of experience as a Gouvernante,
