We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join a highly specialized italian team, based in Milan, covering financial institutions across Europe. The role offers the opportunity to conduct in-depth fundamental analysis on banks and other financial entities, interact with senior industry stakeholders, and contribute to research and market intelligence initiatives within an international environment.
- Perform detailed financial analysis of banks and financial institutions.
- Assess financial performance, capital adequacy, asset quality, liquidity, funding profile, and risk management frameworks.
- Produce high-quality written analyses, sector research, and market commentary.
- Monitor developments affecting the financial services sector, including regulatory and macroeconomic trends.
- Participate in meetings with senior management teams of financial institutions.




- Present analytical findings to internal stakeholders and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects and sector initiatives.
- Support ongoing analytical and research activities across the European financial institutions landscape.

Requisiti: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.4+ years of experience within: Financial Institutions analysis/ Credit Risk/ Investment Banking/ Advisory/ Banking or Rating & Research environmentsStrong understanding of financial institution business models and financial statements.Solid knowledge of banking regulation and risk management principles.Excellent analytical and quantitative capabilities.Fluent English is required; additional European languages are considered a plus.
