applying knowledge to support solution development.* Contribute to maintaining best practices and methodologies within the AI & Data Science team.* Take part in AI solution projects, gaining hands-on experience in real client environments and progressively growing in autonomy.Requirements* Proven experience in Gen AI projects.* Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, including design and implementation.* Deep expertise in core Generative AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Observability, and AI Guardrails.* Extensive experience with enterprise-grade GenAI development frameworks and platforms, including LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Langfuse.* Proven experience in addressing AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance requirements throughout the AI solution lifecycle.* Good knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)* Strong proficiency in AI-powered software development and
