Overview

In this role you support new product development and regulatory pathways for Datalogic product families (FRS, HHS, MC) by coordinating regulatory requirements, test plans, and documentation. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure standards compliance, track certifications, and manage cost/time estimates for approvals across defined countries. You engage with regulatory agencies, attend Core Team and Technical Meetings, and keep certifications current to enable timely product launches and renewals. This is a hands-on role shaping regulatory readiness within NPD.

- Annual Base Salary (RAL) 36,118–40,000

Responsabilità

- Request quotes and timelines from regulatory agencies and laboratories to achieve certifications
- Cooperate to define test plans including sample numbers and preparation




- Support development to ensure standards compliance
- Attend Core Team Meetings and Technical Meetings as needed
- Prepare documentation for NPD stages
- Verify test reports and certificates from agencies/labs
- Report actual costs and times vs. prior estimates to CTM
- Maintain and renew certifications before expiry
- Provide compliance documentation to requestors when needed

Requisiti fondamentali

- Engineering university degree
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Minimum four years of experience in Product Quality
- Past experience in Regulatory topics in I.T.E., and EMC basic knowledge preferable
