Develop and implement product marketing strategies for the enclosure portfolio in ItalyDefine value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market initiativesMonitor market trends, competition, customer needs,



and regulatory changesCollaborate with local/global product management to provide market insights and support launchesDrive customer satisfaction and contribute to NPS improvementsCreate business plans and commercial initiatives to expand ABB’s presence across marketsParticipate in customer visits, events, and channel partner activities to strengthen market position

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in electrical industryAbility to translate technical features into customer-focused value propositionsExcellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional and international experienceProactive, results-oriented, comfortable in cross-functional and international environmentsFluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)Strong communication skillsCross-functional collaborationProactivity and results orientationProduct marketing strategyGo-to-market planningMarket and competitive analysis
