Responsabilità

Manage purchasing planning activities and issue purchase orders to support production and business needsCoordinate with international suppliers, purchasing teams,



and manufacturing plants to ensure timely deliveriesMonitor supplier performance and proactively address delays and urgent situationsOversee inbound shipments from APAC suppliers, including freight forwarders and customs coordinationMaintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export and logistics processes

Requisiti fondamentali

2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, or similar supply chain role in an international environmentExperience with overseas suppliers, especially APAC, and familiarity with international transportation and customs processesBachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldFluent Italian with good written and spoken EnglishStrong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentcommunicationproblem-solvingnegotiationMicrosoft ExcelAS400MS Office applications
