ABOUT US
Luise Yachting Tuscany is part of Luise Group, a well-established name in luxury yachting services in Italy. The group supports yachts, captains and crew with operational assistance, port formalities and client services across key destinations. Active in Tuscany since 2018, we operated as a branch of Luise Riviera, the Group's Liguria office, until 2026.
We are now developing as an independent team, going through a phase of renewal and building the processes, team structure and service standards for the future. Our main operational base is in Viareggio, and in 2024 we opened a second office in Livorno, in the shipyard area. This environment suits people who enjoy learning, adapting and actively contributing to a growing operational setup.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Yacht Operations Assistant to join our operational team, based in Livorno, with occasional support required at our Viareggio office and in the Viareggio port area. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates interested in building a career in the yachting industry. The role is highly dynamic and combines office coordination with hands-on operational support in ports, marinas and yacht environments. You will work closely with yachts, captains, crew members, suppliers and internal departments. You will report to the Operations Director and work alongside an experienced operational team, receiving structured training and daily support.
