White Patch Specialist

We are looking for an experienced

White Patch Specialist to join our global client

, supporting the identification, remediation and automation of processes that sit outside existing automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and analyse white-patch / automation gaps across business processes.

- Assess manual, fragmented and exception-based processes and identify opportunities for automation.

- Design and implement solutions using

RPA and workflow automation technologies

.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective solutions.

- Integrate automation with legacy applications, APIs, databases and enterprise systems

.

- Test, deploy, monitor and support automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot process exceptions and optimise existing automations.

- Contribute to automation standards, governance and continuous improvement.





Key Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in

RPA / Business Process Automation

.

- Experience with

Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism or similar RPA platforms

.

- Strong understanding of business process analysis and automation opportunities.

- Experience working with legacy systems, APIs, SQL/databases and system integrations

.

- Good understanding of automation lifecycle, testing, deployment and support.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.

Desirable:

Power Platform/RPA certifications and experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation environments
