OverviewAs Commercial Business Transformation Manager, you will design and drive the evolution of commercial processes, governance, operating models, and digital requirements to support growth in the Cooling business. You will partner with Sales, Tendering, Product Management, Marketing and Business Operations to define future-state processes and implement major transformation programs. You will lead process standardization, governance, and cross-functional alignment to enable scalable, efficient ways of working. Lead the design and continuous improvement of commercial processes across the customer journeyIdentify opportunities for simplification, standardization and efficiency improvementsDefine future-state operating models supporting scalability and regional growthFacilitate alignment on new process definitions and governance structuresDrive process harmonization while maintaining flexibility for different marketsDevelop and maintain commercial playbooks, SOPs, and guidelinesTranslate strategic objectives into executable frameworks and operating modelsEstablish governance mechanisms for consistent executionCreate best-practice repositories and methodologies for recurring activitiesDefine roles, responsibilities,

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years in Commercial Excellence, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Sales Operations or Strategic Program ManagementProven experience designing and implementing commercial processes and operating modelsExperience in complex, international, cross-functional organizationsExperience supporting digital transformation initiatives and process redesignExposure to Data Center, Cooling, Industrial, Energy or Technology businesses (highly desirable)Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical mindsetChange leadership and project management skillsProcess design and optimizationBusiness analysis and problem solvingMS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
