You’ll bridge Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Regulatory Affairs to create value with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. You will analyze market trends, support partnerships, and contribute to strategic growth in a fast-growing energy team.

Monitor energy market developments, technologies, and regulatory changesIdentify and assess new business opportunities from market and regulatory evolutionSupport development of innovative products, services, and commercial offeringsContribute to business case development, market assessments, and investment evaluationsEngage with customers, partners, institutions, and industry stakeholdersSupport strategic partnerships and collaborative initiativesAct as liaison between Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Regulatory AffairsParticipate in customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and industry groupsSupport growth of initiatives related to energy flexibility, BESS,



electrification, cold ironing, DR, DERPrepare presentations, reports, and analyses for business growthCoordinate and possibly manage projects and people (depending on experience)

Requisiti fondamentali

3-5 years’ experience in the energy sectorStrong interest in business development, energy markets, and innovative energy solutionsAbility to understand business implications of new regulations and market developmentsStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skillsComfort interacting with customers, partners, and external stakeholdersCurious, proactive, and willing to learn new topics and sectorsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in preparing business cases, market analyses, or strategic evaluations is a plusEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in evolving, fast-growing environmentsFluent in Italian and Englishcommunicationstakeholder engagementrelationship-buildingmarket analysisregulatory analysisbusiness case preparation
