Responsabilità

Own backend systems (Java Spring or C# .NET) ensuring high quality, performance and reliability.Design and implement microservices architectures with Azure deployments,



balancing scalability and cost.Collaborate with Product Owner and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to raise code quality and architecture standards.Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to support technical and professional growth.Integrate with payment systems and third-party APIs with a focus on security and scalability.Explore emerging technologies and assess their impact on the platform.

Requisiti fondamentali

6+ years of backend development experience with a track record of delivering high-quality software systems.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldDeep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) or C# (.NET Core / .NET 6+) with solid design pattern knowledgeExperience designing microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems; strong DB design and query optimizationExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviewsAbility to work independently on complex problems and contribute to technical decisionsFamiliarity with AI/ML tools and AI-assisted development practicesAdvanced English (C1)Hands-on Azure and cloud-native development experience; experience with Kafka or Service Bus; payments/fintech background; leadership in technical teams; familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)growth mindsetproactivecustomer-centricJava Spring BootC# .NET Core/.NET 6+microservices
