OverviewAs Senior IC Lead you will own IC development from architecture to tape-out and productisation in an early-stage semiconductor/AI startup in Milan. You’ll lead a small IC team while staying hands-on, shaping silicon execution and roadmap for ultra-low-power edge applications. The role combines technical leadership with deep involvement in analog/mixed-signal design, verification, and bring-up across multiple silicon revisions. You’ll collaborate with foundries, EDA providers, and partners to ensure manufacturability and yield while delivering impactful silicon platforms.
