OverviewIn this role you will deliver expert technical and application support for Danfoss Turbocor compressors across Europe, collaborating with sales teams to grow OEM business. You will diagnose and solve compressor and refrigeration issues, gather field insights to inform product development, and lead customer visits, training, and demonstrations. You will work cross-functionally to address challenges and drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a sustainability-minded company.

Provide technical and application support to OEM customers and sales teams across Europe; support for existing business and new opportunitiesServe as the main technical contact for product applications,



troubleshooting and quality topicsAnalyze compressor and refrigeration system issues; perform failure analysis and drive structured problem-solving and corrective actionsRepresent the voice of the customer; share field insights to improve products and support new developmentPlan and conduct customer visits, technical training, product demonstrations to enhance satisfaction and growthCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality and other internal teams to address technical challenges and execute initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering5+ years in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration with proven expertise in refrigeration systems using Danfoss Turbocor centrifugal compressorsStrong hands-on and theoretical knowledge of chillers and compressor applicationsStrong technical analysis, troubleshooting and structured problem-solving, with a customer-focused and business-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent English; Italian/German/French an advantageWillingness to travel across Europe (~25% of time) with peak periods potentially highercustomer-focusedstakeholder managementclear communicationdesign and application of refrigeration systemsDanfoss Turbocor centrifugal compressorstroubleshooting and problem-solving
