OverviewIn this role you lead the total solution design for clients, diagnosing well/reservoir and production challenges, shaping solution design and delivery methods, and steering project success. You coordinate across PSL teams, mentor junior engineers, and act as a technical SME for business development. You work directly with clients to ensure outcomes align with policy, process, and requirements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional engineering leadership position within a global energy services leader.
