This entry‑level position is perfect for individuals who have a solid technical background and a passion for failure analysis, product quality, and reliability engineering. /p pYou will support the investigation of customer-reported issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product quality and prevent recurrence. /p br/ pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liSupport the planning, execution, and tracking of verification activities. /li liDefine requirements for verification test programs/sequences based on specifications and application usage models. /li liPerform Electrical Failure Analysis (FA), drive root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with other internal engineering groups. /li liReport data in a clear format including concise comments about findings. /li liPerform risk assessment at all decision points within verification cycle. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams in the development of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis), DFT (Design For Testability), DFM (Design For Manufacturability) deliverables. /li liContinuously improve product quality and reliability through test development and use of Generative AI. /li liSupport development and execution of Test Firmware (TFW) for production, FA and NAND verification. /li liDevelop test plans and support laboratory testing activities. /li liDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of product functionality. /li liSupport the development of software and hardware tools, leveraging AI automation. /li liBuild collaborative relationships with Design, Validation and Firmware Teams.



/li liWork with Quality Assurance teams on customer returns to establish root cause and corrective action. /li liCollaborate with the marketing application engineering team to manage application notes, risk assessment, and datasheet errata. /li /ul pbMinimum Qualifications /b /p ul liMaster’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liBasic understanding of electronics and semiconductor devices. /li liGood communication skills and ability to work in a team. /li /ul pbPreferred Qualifications /b /p ul liExperience with memory technology such as NAND, SSD, eMMC, UFS. /li liFamiliarity with Linux environments and AI scripting (Claude Code, Python). /li liFundamental understanding of quality tools (8D, root cause analysis). /li /ul br/ pThe base salary range that Micron estimates it could pay in for this position full‑time is: /p 33.000,00€ - 57.000,00€ per year, with B2 CCNL Level. br/ pOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
