Overview

As Commercial Business Transformation Manager, you will design and drive the evolution of commercial processes, governance, operating models, and digital requirements to support growth in the Cooling business. You will partner with Sales, Tendering, Product Management, Marketing and Business Operations to define future-state processes and implement major transformation programs. You will lead process standardization, governance, and cross-functional alignment to enable scalable, efficient ways of working. Responsabilità

- Lead the design and continuous improvement of commercial processes across the customer journey
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and efficiency improvements
- Define future-state operating models supporting scalability and regional growth
- Facilitate alignment on new process definitions and governance structures
- Drive process harmonization while maintaining flexibility for different markets
- Develop and maintain commercial playbooks, SOPs, and guidelines
- Translate strategic objectives into executable frameworks and operating models
- Establish governance mechanisms for consistent execution
- Create best-practice repositories and methodologies for recurring activities
- Define roles, responsibilities, decision-making frameworks and escalation paths




- Act as business process owner for digital transformation initiatives and define business requirements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure solutions support commercial objectives
- Participate in testing, validation and readiness activities for deployments
- Align commercial processes with digital tool capabilities
- Support cross-functional transformation projects and structure roadmaps
- Coordinate initiative tracking and progress reviews
- Monitor risks, dependencies and organizational impacts
- Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives and resource allocation
- Define performance indicators for commercial processes and transformation programs
- Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend actions
- Support leadership decision-making with data and insights

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in Commercial Excellence, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Sales Operations or Strategic Program Management
- Proven experience designing and implementing commercial processes and operating models
- Experience in complex, international, cross-functional organizations
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and process redesign
- Exposure to Data Center, Cooling, Industrial, Energy or Technology businesses (highly desirable)
