The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities:

Manage Purchase Requisitions, purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the other Disciplines of the Unit.

Manage investments

Manage Off-Load personnel work packages in coordination with the Unit's Disciplines that request them

Manage budget and reporting in coordination with Engineering Budget & Control

Ensure monitoring of budget volumes, including monitoring of hours dedicated to Off-Loads. Educational Qualification: Preferably a degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines. Required experience level: Junior IT skills: Use of Microsoft software
