Freelance Service and UX/UI Designer

At Infinity Reply, we are a creative production company of designers, artists, and technologists. We craft immersive 3D visualizations and experiences for clients across VR/MR headsets (including Apple Vision Pro) and large-scale installations. By combining cutting-edge 3D technologies with AI, we design intelligent, empathetic user experiences focused on vertical markets and measurable business impact.

We are looking for a Freelance Service and UX/UI Designer to collaborate with us on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Report directly to the Lead Designer for creative alignment and design validation, and to the PM for milestone management.
- Collaborate with and provide operational guidance and feedback to junior designers, visual designers, and interns when needed.
- Collaborate with developers and 3D artists, providing clear design direction and conducting quality control to ensure outputs meet design standards.
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights to guide product design and strategy, using visual frameworks (journey maps, service blueprints) to clarify challenges and drive decisions.
- Prototype at varying fidelity levels to validate ideas and communicate value to stakeholders.
- Present design concepts directly to clients when required, guiding decisions through well-founded recommendations.
- Stay current on market trends and emerging opportunities to shape innovative solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Strategic and creative thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a current portfolio of freelance and/or agency work.




- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior executives.
- Exceptional visual design skills using both AI-generation tools, traditional photo editing, and 3D production.
- Deep expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systems.
- Solid experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines across concurrent engagements with minimal supervision.
- Proactive attitude with a continuous drive to learn and improve.

Basic Requirements

- Engagement type: Freelance.
- At least 2 years of experience in service design and UX/UI, including prior freelance work.
- Tools Knowledge requested: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, AI-generation tools (e.g. Magnific.io), Blender, or similar.
- Italian Native speaker. English proficiency (B2 minimum).

Premio Skills

- Background in communication sciences or cognitive psychology.
- Experience in video editing and post-production (Premiere, Davinci Resolve, After Effects), with a focus on UI animations, is considered a strong plus.
- Experience in video production and enthusiasm for innovative storytelling.
- Existing network or established relationships with creative/tech agencies as an external collaborator.
