At Intertek, we recognise the value of AI and encourage the responsible use of innovative technologies in the workplace. During assessments and interviews, however, we ask candidates not to use AI tools to generate responses on their behalf, as our aim is to gain a genuine understanding of each candidate's own knowledge, experience, judgement and communication skills.
Where there are reasonable grounds to believe a candidate has used AI to misrepresent their abilities or knowledge, we may ask them to demonstrate their work and may end the recruitment process.
If you use assistive technology and require adjustments during the selection process, please let us know so we can accommodate you.
