Overview In this role you will optimize end-to-end material flows across the manufacturing network, leading packaging and logistics improvement initiatives within an international setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align logistics with the broader supply chain strategy, driving cost efficiency, service quality, and sustainability. The position offers hands-on opportunities to apply continuous improvement and digital tools to transform logistics processes.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate and standardize material flow processes across the Division's manufacturing plants to harmonize logistics practices
- Lead packaging optimization initiatives including master data management, returnable packaging systems, and compliance with sustainability and regulatory requirements
- Support transportation management and optimization by collaborating with sites on carrier performance, service improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
- Monitor logistics quality, inventory performance, and key logistics KPIs, identifying improvements and implementing corrective actions
- Contribute to logistics controlling activities, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain network optimization projects
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, supporting implementation and adoption of logistics tools
- Facilitate workshops, assessments, and knowledge-sharing to promote standards and best practices across plants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with business objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1-2 years experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in international manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI is an advantage
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies, with ability to translate insights into actions
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels
- Good command of English; additional languages (German, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
