Hybrid (Padova + remote) Full-time · Permanent 4+ years · Master's degree Engineering About the role You will build the product end to end, from the AI planning experience to checkout, in a modern, full-stack TypeScript codebase. You will ship features that touch real money and real journeys, and you will help decide what Wayora becomes. Small team, short distances: the person who writes the code is in the room where the product is decided.

your judgement counts What you bring - At least 4 years of professional experience, with solid full-stack TypeScript and React, or equivalent - Full right to work in Italy and the European Union - English at B2 level or above; Italian is a plus - Care for correctness on transactional systems: money and bookings leave no room for "mostly works" - Early-stage autonomy: you own problems, not tickets - Genuine interest in travel;
experience building AI products is a plus Contract Permanent contract, with a probationary period. An equity participation component is envisaged, to be defined during negotiations.
