As our Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting Glacier's growth by attracting and hiring talent for our operational sites. You'll focus on production, logistics, warehousing, maintenance, and other site-based roles, ensuring we have the people in place to keep our operations running successfully.

What will you do?

As a Recruiter at Glacier, you will:

- Manage recruitment processes for operational and manufacturing positions across our Italian sites.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring vacancies.

- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, local networks, and direct outreach.

- Engage passive candidates and create long-term talent pools.

- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.

- Conduct initial screening interviews and present qualified shortlists.

- Coordinate interview planning and candidate communication.

- Organise recruitment events, open days, job fairs, and site visits.

- Develop partnerships with vocational schools, technical institutes, and local employment organisations.

- Strengthen Glacier's employer brand within local labour markets.





- Drive employee referral initiatives.

- Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies by developing sustainable internal sourcing strategies.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of recruitment experience.

- Ideally has experience in manufacturing, logistics, food production, warehousing, or industrial environments.

- Has a proven track record in high-volume recruitment.

- Is skilled in sourcing and talent attraction.

- Enjoys spending time in the field building relationships and local networks.

- Has strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Speaks fluent Italian and has a good working knowledge of English.

- Is resilient, self-driven, and results-oriented.
