In this role, you drive Glovo’s regional growth by identifying and onboarding top restaurant partners. You manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, using data-driven pitches and strong commercial sense. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and early performance, shaping Glovo’s market expansion. You will transform partner opportunities into lasting, value-driven partnerships that boost platform growth and revenue.

Responsabilità
- Identify and prioritize potential restaurant partners at national and local levels
- Lead end-to-end sales process: cold outreach, pitches, objections, and closing
- Create data-driven offers and business cases to demonstrate value
- Own partner onboarding, app setup, and initial performance (30 days)
- Drive revenue through strategic negotiations and upselling services (in-app promotions, ads)
- Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, Marketing, HQ and regional teams
- Own sales funnel and targets with a bias for action and overachievement
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years in high-performance B2B sales with proven target attainment
- Background in food-hospitality, on-demand delivery, FMCG or high-growth tech platforms is strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and pitch skills with customer-centric approach
- Analytical mindset with ability to build basic business cases and use data to handle objections
- High energy, urgency, resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with Google Suite; Salesforce or Looker experience is a plus
- Native/fluent Italian and professional English proficiency
- Higher education background preferred
