Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Global Communications Senior Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Global Communications Team, reporting to the Global Communications Senior Manager.
The successful candidate will play an important role in developing and executing global PR and communication activities, contributing to KIKO MILANO’s brand visibility, reputation and engagement across international markets.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with local markets, PR agencies and internal stakeholders. The Senior Specialist will take ownership of assigned projects and communication activities,



ensuring high-quality execution, consistency and alignment with brand and business priorities.
In particular, you will:
• Develop and execute global PR and communication plans in line with the overall brand strategy and business priorities.
• Coordinate and review communication plans across international markets, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand positioning.
• Manage integrated communication projects supporting product launches, corporate initiatives, new market launches and store openings.
• Manage multiple influencer campaigns and product seeding activations simultaneously across international markets, from talent selection and briefing to execution, content monitoring and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with local teams, PR agencies, media partners, influencers and external suppliers, ensuring clear briefs, timelines and deliverables.
