Role Description The Sales Assistant role is a tempo parziale, on-site position based in Florence. The Sales Assistant will welcome clients, provide personalized customer service, and support them in selecting Made to Measure garments that reflect their style and needs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with fittings, presenting fabric and design options, managing appointments, and maintaining an organized, aesthetically pleasing showroom. The role also involves supporting sales transactions, updating client records,



coordinating with tailors and other team members, and ensuring a refined, professional client experience that reflects Sartoria Vanni’s brand values.
