Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Sardinia, Italy, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that business objectives are met. This role includes planning and managing budgets, supervising staff, setting performance goals, and monitoring key metrics to maintain operational efficiency and service quality. The General Manager coordinates with internal teams and external partners, resolves issues, and implements policies and procedures that support growth and compliance. The role also includes driving process improvements, supporting talent development, and representing the business in local market activities and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in general management, operations leadership, or business administration in a similar environment.
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial oversight, and performance tracking to support sustainable growth.
• Ability to lead and develop teams,



including staff supervision, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven capability in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making under time and resource constraints.
• Familiarity with basic HR practices, compliance requirements, and operational policies.
• Comfort working on-site in Sardinia, Italy, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also considered.
• Proficiency with common office software and management tools; additional language skills beyond English and Italian are an advantage.
