Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a Project Assurance Manager for our Genoa - Puccini office. The person will hold the role of Project Assurance Manager (PAM), within the Integrated Project Team (IPT).

The person will primarily be involved in the following activities:

Manage all Quality Assurance aspects of the project managed by the IPT, ensuring the correct application of company processes, verifying compliance with contractual requirements and mandatory regulations.

Prepare the necessary specific Quality documentation for the project.

Review and approve program/product/project documentation.

Participate in product Verification and Validation activities, internally, at suppliers, and at client sites;

Manage Clients and Suppliers (related to Quality Assurance aspects).

Conduct internal and supplier Auditing activities.

Manage product and sub-supply Non-Conformities and activate and manage the necessary Root Cause Analysis Boards.

Prepare Declarations of Conformity.

Participate in boards related to configuration management and non-conformity management issues.

Follow internal dry runs and formal testing activities with the Client;





Support the definition of specific program/product processes in compliance with contractual requirements and any tailoring thereof. Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering or another technical degree. Seniority: Junior A plus: Experience in program/product Quality Assurance or System Quality (regulatory management and auditing) is welcome. Technical knowledge and skills: Technical preparation aimed at the correct management of the Product and Program/Project Life Cycle.

Knowledge of reference standards and/or regulations for a Quality Management System (ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100).

Knowledge of production processes.

Knowledge of support processes (e.g., configuration management, quality assurance governance, etc.).

Training related to internal and external auditing techniques, product/process, and quality system. Behavioral skills: Organizational, management, and coordination skills;

Propensity for discussion and teamwork;

Effective communication skills;

Result-oriented;

Time and priority management;

Listening skills;

Analysis and synthesis skills;

Rigour in judgment respecting boundary conditions and business needs. Language skills: Good knowledge of English, minimum B1 level. Computer knowledge: Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Prior knowledge of company tools SAP and Teamcenter Unified will help with integration times. Other (e.g., Availability for travel/Specific certifications required…): The ideal candidate is available for travel in Italy and abroad. Involvement, enhancement of skills,
