About The Role We are looking for a Product Lead AI / Senior Product Manager (based on the experience) to join our Tech and Product team and help shape the next generation of Contents’ AI-powered platform.

In this role, you will own key areas of our product, working across the entire product lifecycle — from customer discovery and opportunity identification to product strategy, roadmap definition, execution, and launch.

You will work closely with Developers, Design, Tech AI, Sales, and Customer Success teams to build products that solve meaningful problems for enterprise customers and create measurable business impact.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a product leader who combines strategic thinking, customer obsession, and strong execution , and who is excited about the potential of Generative AI and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Contents platform
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends to inform product priorities
- Act as the sparring partner for the Tech AI team and the commercial functions
- Conduct customer discovery and work closely with customers and prospects to understand their challenges and validate opportunities
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable initiatives
- Lead product discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery
- Define product success metrics and use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making
- Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and long-term product strategy




- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on strategic enterprise accounts and turn customer feedback into scalable product opportunities
- Contribute to product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress across the organization
- Stay up to date with developments in AI, LLMs, content technologies, CMS, CRM, and digital transformation
- Contribute to the evolution of Contents’ product management practices and culture

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology
- Development and coding understanding, to be able to sustain deep tech discussion and take informed decisions
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and complex technology ecosystems
- Proven experience owning products or significant product areas from discovery through delivery
- Strong experience in product discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, and agile product development
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate complex problems into simple, impactful product solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with Tech AI and Design teams
- A strong bias toward action and execution
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Based in Milan




- Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
