We are looking for a passionate Breakfast Cook who takes pride in their craft and values the quality of every ingredient. At AMA Stay, you will take ownership of our morning service, preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast offerings—from expertly cooked hot dishes and egg specialties to vibrant, modern Mediterranean buffet options. With attention to detail and a genuine passion for food, you will help create an exceptional breakfast experience that sets the tone for our guests’ day.

Tasks

- Preparing, setting up, and organising breakfast workstations with all required ingredients and cooking equipment
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast items (eggs made-to-order, warm savory dishes, baked goods, fresh juices, and buffet displays) according to AMA Stay standards
- Ensuring excellent presentation, freshness, and attention to detail before dishes and buffet spreads are served
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and strictly sanitized kitchen environment throughout the morning service




- Restocking buffet lines and maintaining inventory freshness during peak service hours
- Ensuring all food products are correctly stored, labeled, and handled in compliance with food safety standards
- Supporting the kitchen team with morning prep and smooth handover for afternoon service

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a kitchen role or a diploma from a culinary school (breakfast/brill experience is a plus)
- Languages: Italian and English
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning shift starts
- Good knowledge of essential cooking techniques and breakfast preparation methods
- Strong commitment to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Open-mindedness, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Strong team spirit, positive morning energy, and empathy
