PAM Business Analyst – CyberArk For an international project within the Financial Services / Insurance sector, we are looking for a PAM Business Analyst with a strong understanding of technology and Privileged Access Management processes.

The role will focus on the analysis and preparation activities required for the onboarding of applications into CyberArk.

Main responsibilities

- Gather and analyse business and technical requirements
- Perform application and requirement mapping
- Assess applications from a technological perspective prior to CyberArk onboarding
- Define onboarding requirements and support the preparation of implementation activities
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical CyberArk specialists
- Support documentation and coordination throughout the onboarding process




- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into implementation activities

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments
- Good understanding of IAM/PAM concepts and processes
- Knowledge of CyberArk or experience within CyberArk-related projects
- Ability to understand technical architectures, applications and integrations
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Good English communication skills

Nice to have

- Previous experience in Financial Services, Insurance or other regulated industries

What we offer

- Gross annual salary (RAL): €30,000 – €40,000, based on experience
- Involvement in an international project within a growing IAM/PAM team
- Location: Milan / Rome – Remote
