Overview
As Legal Counsel you will provide high-level, responsive legal guidance to the Italian and East-European development and construction teams. You will oversee M&A-related; legal work with external firms and support business development, permitting, and corporate transactions in Italy and Eastern Europe. You will draft and review notarial deeds, EPC and O&M; contracts, and supply-chain agreements, ensuring client interests are protected. You will advise on regulatory, compliance, and energy-sector matters and manage external counsel and legal spend. This role supports cross-border energy projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilità
- Provide high-level legal advice to Italian and East-European development and construction teams
- Oversee M&A; legal work with external firms and support business development, permitting and corporate transactions
- Draft, review and execute notarial deeds for project lands and corporate transactions
- Review, draft and negotiate EPC,



O&M; and supply-chain contracts
- Advise on regulatory, compliance matters for development and energy sectors
- Collaborate with external law firms to resolve complex matters and manage legal spend
- Track contract deadlines and actions
- Offer legal guidance on energy projects alongside other counsels in Italy

Requisiti fondamentali
- Lawyer qualified in Italy
- 6-7+ years in solar/renewable energy sector in Italy
- Knowledge of solar PV development, acquisitions/disposals, EPC, O&M; contracts in Italy and East Europe
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong expertise in renewable energy project development, cross-border transactions
- Experience managing external counsel and legal budgets
- Comfortable in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
