In this Senior Trade Marketing Manager role, you define and execute the trade marketing strategy across key channels for the pet health portfolio, driving activation, visibility, and growth. You will link Marketing, Sales and external partners to translate brand plans into customer-facing initiatives that boost demand and commercial performance. You lead a high-performing Trade Marketing team and shape capabilities to sustain long-term growth within the OTC and prescription-driven portfolio. This role offers leadership impact across omnichannel environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing strategies aligned with objectives, customer needs, and brand priorities.




- Translate brand plans into customer-specific activation programs and commercial initiatives across channels and shopper segments.
- Partner with Sales and Key Account teams to support growth plans, business planning, and negotiations through insights.
- Leverage market, customer, category, and shopper insights to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead planning and execution of customer activation programs across retail and omnichannel environments, aligned with campaigns and investments.
- Manage promotional calendars, activation toolkits, and execution standards for consistent customer experience.
- Define, monitor and analyze Trade Marketing KPIs, measure promotional effectiveness, and provide ROI insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital Marketing and external partners to execute strategic initiatives.
