In this role you define and drive Connected Care solutions that fuse software, digital tech, and AI-enabled capabilities for targeted industrial markets. You bridge Connected Care with ABB Robotics teams to deliver differentiated value for segments like Data Centers, Logistics & Warehousing, and Life Sciences. You shape the portfolio, enable adoption of digital solutions, and support growth for ABB Robotics. Responsabilità
- Define and execute the Connected Care strategy for targeted industrial applications and vertical markets
- Create industry-specific solutions by combining software, digital products, AI capabilities and services into scalable value propositions




- Serve as the primary Connected Care interface for industry segment leaders and application teams globally
- Identify industry challenges and customer needs, translating them into portfolio requirements and roadmaps
- Align Connected Care capabilities with strategic business objectives of industrial segments
- Support sales in positioning and deploying Connected Care solutions for strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D;, Service, Sales and Industry teams for implementation and adoption
- Develop business cases and investment priorities for industry-specific solutions and expansion opportunities
- Measure and improve business impact through revenue growth, customer value and profitability

Requisiti fondamentali
- 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management or related field
- Proficient communication in English
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background; technical sales background including software and digital solutio
