Overview
In this Milan-based role you will act as a global market strategist within the Market Insights team, contributing to macro and market research and communicating views to clients, media, and internal partners. You will present analysis and participate in materials like the Guide to the Markets and Monthly Market Review, shaping views across asset classes. The position requires strong presentation skills and the ability to educate diverse audiences. You will collaborate with internal desks and leverage Market Insights resources to link research to investment solutions.
Responsabilità
- Contribute to macro and market research and inform team debates with data-driven analysis
- Produce client-facing materials (Guide to the Markets, On the Minds of Investors papers, Monthly Market Review)
- Present outlooks to clients in person and virtually
- Shape the team's views across multiple asset classes for client-facing settings
- Educate internal partners on economic and market issues and how to use Market Insights resources




- Collaborate with internal investment desks to exchange views and identify opportunities
- Support dissemination of macro insights to a global client base and internal stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in economics, finance or related subject (strong academic background)
- Fluency in English and Italian; other languages a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Demonstrable research experience or materials
- Strong understanding of financial markets, economics, asset classes (equity, fixed income, EM, currency, asset allocation)
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to generate investment ideas from rigorous research
- Willingness to travel (including overnight)
- Experience in presenting to varied client audiences
- Familiarity with macro developments worldwide
- Outstanding presentation and written communication
