JUNIOR SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Expath specializes in providing tax and administrative services to international clients living in Italy.

We are looking for a Junior Sales & Business Development Assistant to join our international team.

You will work closely with our Sales Director , supporting day-to-day sales activities, managing leads and follow-ups, and gradually developing your skills in sales and business development.

What you’ll do

✅ Support the Sales Director with daily sales activities

✅ Manage and follow up with leads and prospective clients

✅ Schedule sales calls and meetings

✅ Keep our CRM and sales pipeline up to date

✅ Prepare proposals and sales materials

✅ Support lead generation and business development activities

✅ Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

✅ Gradually take on greater responsibility in supporting selected sales opportunities

What we’re looking for

✔ Fluent written and spoken English

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail





✔ Proactive and client-oriented approach

✔ Interest in sales and business development

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Previous experience in sales, customer service or a client-facing role is a plus

✔ Candidates based in or around Milan and available to occasionally work from our Milan office will be preferred

Contract & Compensation

CCNL Studi Professionali, Level V | RAL (F/T equivalent, prorated according to working hours) €21.000-22.000 + performance-based incentive plan, depending on experience and skills.
