Role PurposeCreate a reliable packaging-compliance data and reporting capability by gathering, validating, reconciling and combining information from multiple internal and external sources. Convert raw packaging data into repeatable customer, distributor and authority-ready outputs, with clear assumptions, source traceability and quality controls, while adapting the data model to new jurisdictions and future requirements.
Core ResponsibilitiesExtract and reconcile packaging data from SAP/BI reports, Excel files, contract manufacturers, suppliers and other approved systems. Build repeatable datasets and reporting workflows that combine product, material, supplier, market and packaging-component information. Prepare Declarations of Conformity, reports with packaging weights for EPR reporting, recycled-content summaries, material-reduction progress and design-optimization analyses.
Track emerging packaging regulations with Regulatory and Sustainability teams, translate new obligations into data requirements, and update reporting models and templates. Perform quality checks,



investigate gaps and coordinate corrections across Packaging Engineering, Operations, Procurement, IT and external partners. Maintain version control, reporting calendars, audit trails and supporting evidence so outputs are reproducible and defensible.
Develop dashboards showing completeness, deadlines, compliance risks, packaging-weight trends and reduction opportunities.
