At Dalux, we develop digital tools that make everyday work easier for people in the construction and real estate industries. As our business continues to grow in Italy, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Milan, focusing on the Building Owner segment.
Your role
As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with building owners and real estate professionals to understand their needs and show them how Dalux can make a difference in their daily work.
You will build relationships with both new and existing customers, explore opportunities together, and work with your colleagues to ensure customers get the most out of our solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
• Identifying opportunities to work with new building owners and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Understanding customers' needs and showing how Dalux's digital solutions can support their work.
• Managing the sales process, from the first conversation and product demonstrations to reaching an agreement.
• Working closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth start for new customers and build lasting partnerships.
• Staying connected to the Italian construction and real estate industry by taking part in events, seminars, and trade fairs.
Your profile
You bring strong interpersonal skills, and you're someone who is confident, curious, and eager to learn. Ideally, you have previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or the tech sector. You're organized, proactive, and capable of working independently, while still valuing collaboration and support from your team. As your main clients will be the Building Owners, we expect you to have experience or knowledge from this segment. Last but not least, you are native or fluent in Italian and English, as this role combines work
