As our R&D; Packaging & Testing Materials Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical, functional,



and performance validation of packaging materials and systems through laboratory testing, the development of new testing methods, and the introduction of innovative analytical technologies.

This role contributes to the continuous evolution of packaging testing toward a more scientific, predictive, traceable, and data-driven approach, supporting evidence-based decision-making and risk assessment throughout the product development lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Testing and Validation

• Perform functional, dimensional, mechanical, performance, and analytical testing on packaging components, materials, and systems.
• Execute company testing protocols related to torque measurement, leakage testing, dispensing performance, priming time, content evacuation and residual content, migration studies, transportation testing, drop testing, label and decoration assessment, and accelerated aging evaluations.
