Service Sales Engineer (Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige e Friuli-Venezia Giulia)

In this role,



you are primarily responsible for delivering on our business strategy by developing long-term customer relationships with building owners and strengthening our existing customer base with a focus on providing customers a total solution for the most energy efficient buildings. You will bring your passion for solving problems, creating customer value, and building relationships to make an impact. Responsibilities:
• Customer & order acquisition for service products
• Identify sales opportunities with existing and new customers, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance
• Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level
• Timely tracking and reporting of opportunities in Trane’s customer database
