As a Partnership Manager – Demand, you will lead strategic relationships with supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and key programmatic advertising partners across Display, Video, Connected TV (CTV), and Audio. You will take ownership of partner performance, commercial negotiations, and revenue growth while ensuring the long-term value and health of the partner portfolio. Working at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, and technical operations, you will identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into actionable growth plans. You will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Demand Operations teams to resolve challenges and accelerate partner development. You will also evaluate new partnership opportunities, oversee commercial onboarding, and help shape the demand ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

• Manage strategic partnerships: Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners, monitoring partner health, performance, revenue contribution, and long-term strategic value.

• Drive revenue growth: Set partner-level revenue targets, track monthly and year-over-year performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to increase net revenue.

• Optimize partner performance: Analyze bid dynamics, supply allocation, query-per-second (QPS) alignment, advertising formats, and private marketplace (PMP) opportunities to maximize yield and improve monetization.
